Wonderful area, beautiful building, great staff! I love my ElseWarehouse apartment! The house manager, Taylor, is especially phenomenal at everything she does and does a great job making everyone feel at home. Wouldn't want to live anywhere else in North Loop!

Great apartments and area to live in. The gym and other amenities are fantastic as well. Taylor, the manager, was nothing short of perfect given my changing move-in schedule and dealing with the moving truck during the winter months. Her communication was great and made for such an easy move-in experience!

Love living at Else! The staff is wonderful, very friendly and professional and issues are dealt with right away. Thank you CJ and Taylor for always being on top of it. Moving to Minneapolis from Dubai was a big adjustment for us however living in a building full of awesome neighbors that have become good friends has made all the difference. Not to mention the convenience of living in North Loop! Great restaurant and bar scene literally at my doorstep!

We love our ElseWarehouse home. My husband and I sold our home in the suburbs to rent in the city back in 2017 (we had owned homes for 16 years). We are nearly three years into living at Else, with no desire to move.
